Be sure to not waste all of your money on the shops before the final room, because the main point of playing Greed Mode will be to deposit money into the Greed Machine at the end of the run. As a tip, it's recommended to avoid the Sacrifice Rooms unless you have extra health you don't need or think your run might end without risking it. If you can pick up items such as Book of Belial or Lusty Blood, whose effects last the entire length you are in a room, then it will be greatly beneficial for the main arena, as you can technically stay in the room as long as you want fighting enemies before looking into the other rooms.
